These buttons are surprisingly lightweight for their size, and the cellulose acetate has a nice smooth finish that doesn't snag fabric. I used them as the focal point on a quilted cushion and the multicolor confetti design really pops against the cream background.

The confetti colors are tiny flecks suspended in clear acetate, so they catch light without looking glittery or cheap. I sewed a set onto a quilted tote and the raised star on top gives it just enough dimension to feel special.

The cellulose acetate gives these a nice weight without feeling plasticky, and the multicolor confetti really pops against the navy fabric I used. The star shape is cleanly cut too, so no frayed edges poking through the buttonholes.
