The earth tones are muted and natural, nothing garish, and they blend nicely with the oatmeal linen I've been hoarding. The slightly larger size is a real improvement too, easy to read without squinting at the back of a quilt.

Sewed one of these onto a linen apron I made and the size is just right, not so big it overpowers the stitching. They washed up soft with no fraying at the edges. Finally my handmade gifts look properly finished.
